The founders were wholesome enough to name their convenience store chain Kum & Go. They were based enough to keep it after their kids told them some things. Currently on pump.fun and soon to Raydium.

We are also on Twitter and Telegram so please join us there for the latest updates and things that are kumming soon.

not just for laughs

In March of 2023, FJ Management bought out the Kum & Go gas station chain and was finalized in August of 2023. In early 2024, the decision was made to rebrand the Kum & Go stores to Maverik out of concerns for the playful name. By 2025, the Kum & Go name will be phased out and will no longer exist.

What can we do about it? At the very least, we have imortalized the name and the iconic sign on the immutable blockchain far out of reach of any corporate entities. As the token grows, so does the news of the rebranding and greater awareness of what we are losing. But we are not only imortalizing the name but also the culture of the store and its following through community, NFTs, new media, and NFT drops celebrating the brand.

Tokenomics and Roadmap*

Tokenomics are simple. 5% goes to the dev, 5% goes to marketing, and the rest go to the people. Pump.fun is a fair launch platform so the dev is in the trenches buying just like you guys. Also, liquidity is locked and burned so you don’t have to stress about rug pulls and just enjoy the vibes.

As for future plans, we have a lot of ideas but it’ll be a community effort. First priority is to build the community and escape pump.fun.

Afterwards, we will be reaching out to Youtube channels and KOLs that will push $KUMGO to new levels.

Other plans include an AI video short with crypto influencers and icons working at a Kum & Go, meme contests, mascot contest, airdrops and much, much more.

Phase 1- $0k-$100k mcap

Build community, escape Pump.fun. Get on Raydium. Community raids to gain attention. Build out the memes. Do airdrops. Create a mascot. Have fun. Get up to 500 unique holders

phase 2- $100k-$1m mcap

Start marketing on Youtube and trusted KOLs. Pay for ads on Dexscreener and Dextools. Apply for cmc and coingecko. Write a strongly worded letter to parent company Maverik for phasing out the Kum & Go name. Release Kum & Go NFTs. Have over 1000 holders.

phase 3- $1m-$10m mcap

Start reaching out to CEX's. Get on bigger Youtube channels. Put out real world ads in digital billboards (as close to real Kum & Gos as possible)

Create a concept trailer using AI for a sitcom based in a Kum and Go gas station.

phase 4-$10m-$50m mcap

Get on some CEXs. Have 2500 or more holders. Produce a live action sitcom pilot set in a Kum & Go gas station in the style of "The Office" (5-10 minutes long)

phase 5- $50m-$1oom mcap+

Over 5000 holders. Get on tier 1 exchange. Explore the feasibility of a Kum & Go pop up store selling merch.

phase 6-$100m mcap +

10000 plus holders. Explore feasability in producing a pilot for an animated show that takes place inside a Kum & Go. Undecided on South Park style or a throwback style of Saturday Morning Cartoons.

*Roadmap is preliminary and is subject to change depending on market conditions, community sentiment and direction, unforeseen technical issues, etc. But all of these are things we want to do and at least try to make happen!
